The property was purchased by BlackRock from Equity Office Properties in 2006 for approximately $60 million ($200/SF). This investment provided the opportunity to acquire a 69% leased property at an attractive value ($147/SF) and significant discount to replacement cost.

Originally constructed in 1985 with renovations and upgrades in 1996, 2008 and 2012, the project iscomprised of six (6) two-story, Class B multi-tenant office buildings totaling 300,954 square feet sitedon nearly 19 acres.
