Harvest acquires commercial real estate via joint-ventures and direct investment. Our joint-venture partners include the most respected names in the industry: BlackRock, Prudential, Principal, JP Morgan, Invesco, ING Clarion, Citi Property Investors, and Equity Office Properties, among others. To date, we have acquired over 3.5 million square feet of office, industrial and R & D properties throughout Northern California.

Our goal of maximizing risk-adjusted returns is achieved through several complementary strategies. We identify opportunities through deep market knowledge and strong relationships with owners and brokers. We develop clear business plans with multiple paths to success, and create value through intensely focused execution. We opportunistically sell assets and redeploy capital into new, underperforming investments.
